Soya Chilli Chunks Recipe 2021

Step 1: Take a kadai and heat it until quite hot. Pour 4 teaspoons of Atithi Refined Soybean Oil and sauté 3 cloves of chopped garlic and 1 green chili on high flame.

Step 2: After a while, sauté some chopped onion & spring onion on high flame.

Step 3: Now, add chopped green pepper and continue sauteing until there is a slight change of colour and is relatively soft and add Atithi red chili powder.

Step 4: In a small bowl, add 2 tablespoon of tomato sauce, 1 teaspoon of chili sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and pepper & salt to taste. Mix the mixture well before pouring it into the kadai.

Step 5: Taking another small bowl, prepare a corn flour mixture by adding ¼ water and 1 teaspoon of corn flour – mix well.

Step 6: Add that mixture into the kadai and stir until the gravy is looking thick and glossy.

Step 7: Here, add Atithi soy chunks and mix well until they are covered well in gravy.

Prepared! Transfer Soy Chilli Chunks to a serving bowl, garnishing it well with chopped spring onions and parsley. This can be served with fried rice or roti/paratha as well!
